Should an advertisement be terminated based on a determination by us, in our sole discretion, that an illegal activity is being promoted, all advertising fees shall be forfeited by Advertiser and shall not be refunded to Advertiser.
Assignment: You do not have the right to assign this Agreement or any of your rights to the Service to anyone. We have the right to assign any or all of its rights and duties under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party without the permission of advertiser.

We can not vet all Client profiles and entries to ensure that they are appropriate or correct. Any decision made or action taken by You on the basis of information provided on or via the Site is at Your sole discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement and any dispute arising from advertising on Escorts4Fun.com will be governed and determined by the laws of North Carolina, USA excluding any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement (whether contract, tort, or both) will be resolved in the relevant court having jurisdiction in North Carolina, USA, and the parties expressly waive any right they may otherwise have to cause any such action or proceeding to be brought or tried elsewhere.
